I googled overnight progressive lenses and Spoke to Linda very knowledgeable and helpful customer service technician.Arrived at IQ Optical the next morning. Meet with Pilar their technician who fit me for new frames which I loved and saved me money. Also, helped me choose the RIGHT package for my progressive lenses. I came back at 430pm to pick up my new glasses, she checked the fitting which was adjusted and out the door. Customer service WONDERFUL plus convenient right off the 101 freeway, easy parking, great prices, quality frames, lenses and same day service! I highly recomend will be back again for another pair!

I came into this optical place at a time of upset, and disappointment. I had just suffered a head injury that resulted in some vision issues and when I went in for an exam, I was greeted with warmth, sincerity, and respect. That was very important to me especially at that time. I brought my own frames in, the first time and now am back to purchase two more pair! You won’t be disappointed. Especially if you don’t mind dealing with real people that actually take time to understand your needs.

Just googled something in the neighborhood and IQ popped up. I needed the nose guard on my glasses replaced. When I came in, I was greeted and helped right away. Laura did the repair quickly and from what I can see, did a very thorough job making sure that nose guard would never come loose again. The price was VERY reasonable. Quickly needed glasses while I was traveling for week of Thanksgiving. IQ Optical made me two pairs of glasses (regular and multi-focal) same day. Large selection of stylish frames. Linda was super helpful in helping me select the right frames and patiently explaining everything. Everyone there is very nice. This place is amazing! The only store that had a same day glasses offer in my area. They had affordable glasses with a wide variety all the way from Hollister to Prada! Lots of different frame silhouettes that would suit any face shape. The people working there were very kind and helpful, they also had a bucket of halloween candy and a nice waiting area! They also provide a small care package with spray and a cleaning cloth with a sleeve to keep it nice and kept. Along with a pack of disposable cleaning wipes for on the go! Ten out of ten experience! The glasses are great! The customer service is WONDERFUL! The warranty for their products are amazing! This places saved my life and got me corrected glasses in such an emergency nick of time! Every lab I spoke to said they'd have it in at least a week to two weeks. IQ Optical said they can get it the same day! When you're in a rush, you don't mind paying the difference because it's worth it, considering the warranty included with it. Loved you all! Thank you tons!

My husband lost his eyeglasses while we were at Venice Beach on vacation. We searched optical stores and found IQ Optical near our hotel room and decided to give them a call. We were very impressed with their service from the very first contact over the phone to visiting them in person. They were able to give my husband a replacement pair of eyeglasses within two hours. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I’m feeling quite frustrated. I purchased two pairs of beautiful glasses back in November. From the beginning, I was surprised to learn that the eye exam was conducted entirely digitally, with a doctor appearing on a screen to assess my vision. While I initially thought it was a modern and interesting approach, I later realized it led to an incorrect prescription.When wearing the glasses, everything — especially my phone screen — appeared distorted and asymmetrical. I returned to the store and shared my concerns, but was told the distortion was due to an early-stage astigmatism. However, I recently had another eye exam elsewhere, and the new results showed no astigmatism at all. The prescription was completely different, and the new glasses I purchased based on that are sharp, accurate, and comfortable.In addition to the prescription issue, I noticed that the inner coating on both pairs of glasses began peeling and scratching with gentle cleaning — even when using the provided cloth. While I initially assumed I may have been too rough with the first pair, the same thing happened with the second, confirming it’s an issue with the lens quality or coating. I’m generally very careful with my glasses and have worn previous pairs for years without problems.On a positive note, the staff was kind and welcoming. However, I believe the digital exam method carries too much risk for misdiagnosis. I’ll be having the lenses redone, as I still love the frames, but I’m very disappointed with the overall quality and experience.

I had the best experience with them, I broke my glasses and I needed one ASAP. I went 45 minutes before close but they were able to make my glasses and giving it to me even after they were close!! What a GEM of a business! Linda and her team totally saved my butt. I cracked my glasses and didn’t have a back up pair with my current prescription - I was STRUGGLING trying to figure out what to do in the minimum 7-10 business days it was going to take any of my regular places to send me a new pair. That is until my partner found IQ Optical for me - I went in for an appointment at 10:30am and had a brand new pair of super cute, affordable prescription glasses by 4:30pm! Exceptional!The experience has been awesome. I have my glass frame prepared and would love to have a new pair of lenses due to increasing prescriptions. This is place is recommended by many of my friends so even if it is a little bit far away from where I reside I still spend one day heading there.The experience makes this trip worthwhile. The staff are nothing but friendly and professional with caring services and detailed answers to my questions. She introduced many available lens brands and helped me choose the fit one. Fantastic service. I managed to leave my reading glasses on the domestic flight to connect with our flight to LA. I was seen by IQ at 10am the day after we arrived in LA and my glasses were ready for pick up the same day. As a person with significant vision impairment they are not the easiest to make. My glasses are nothing like the ordinary and yet the new pair are better than my old glasses. IQ’s great service has let me enjoy my US holiday without interruption. The staff at IQ Optical made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. Margie in particular was fantastic both in leading me through the exam process and helping me pick out the right set of frames. The exam was very thorough and I was very impressed with the teledoc experience. We dove in purchased quality and functional transitional proscription glasses for my 6th grader that not only was mom approved but kid approved was such a good investment! Margie was accommodating and educating on customizing my daughters lenses and it shows because the end product was amazing, my daughters glasses fit perfectly comfortably and it was her best glasses year to date. This was the first time I went to this establishment. The timing was ideal, because I was in an emergency situation where I needed to replace my last prescription that broke. Not only were they effective with checking my vision, their rush order pulled through just in time for my shift on that day.I am normally wary about paying extra to buy glasses, but this is a place I can trust the next time I am in a hurry.Quality service, and best glasses I had in a long time!

Had an excellent experience at this location! We scheduled fairly last minute, only a day or two prior to the appointment. When we arrived, Linda and Margie already had everything laid out for us to immediately begin looking at lenses and get an updated prescription.The actual optometrist exam was done remotely via teleconference, but the equipment and process was very well handled and I got some massive upgrades to my old prescription.As a style-challenged individual, the team was also great at helping me choose a frame for my face and communicative about pricing and features.All told, I got two pairs of regular glasses and a pair of Sunglasses with same-day turnaround (despite it being an afternoon appointment!)As someone who has had glasses since childhood, I was extremely impressed with Linda, Margie, and the facility. Highly recommend this location to others.

Not only did I enjoy this establishment in addition to the specific persons who assisted me personally and privately and specifically, I also told some very kind folks who I love in Pasadena, California about how passionate this business is with regards to how they treat their clients and handed them business cards of yours and put “Tell them I sent you” . I only gave 2 people business cards and they work at the same exact establishment as well. Once again thank you so much for helping me. I've been wearing glasses for many years. To me, IQ Optical is one of the best places. I found them a year ago, and so far, I've had two thorough vision exams there, and I purchased four glasses which I like very much. They offer excellent service, good prices, and decent frames. What I find striking is their attitudes and the way the procedures are carried out. They are calm and focused, and they won't waste a minute of your time or theirs. When they are with you, they are a hundred per cent with you, no distractions. My glasses were ready in a day or two after the eyes exams. Based on my experience with IQ Optical, I am now their loyal customer and I will strongly recommend IQ to anyone who needs a new prescription and new glasses.

Great experience! Margie and Linda were personable, helpful, and made me feel like a valued client. I came in with my mom to pick up her glasses. Upon entering, they greeted her in a genuine demeanor by name. While Linda was helping my mom, I asked Margie a question about whether they had folding sunglasses similar to the ones I was wearing. Though we found a perfect fit, I had no intention of making a purchase. Margie provided insight into how the polarized glasses would protect my eyes and I viewed it as an investment in my eye health. Ultimately, I made the purchase and feel good about it. Great customer service, clean facility, quality products, and knowledgeable staff! A+ rating for sure!

IQ Optical’s staff (Margie & Linda) are helpful, resourceful, kind, and caring. And their prices are very competitive. I live in Ohio but traveled to Cali because of a family emergency. My 9 year old niece was in an accident that destroyed her glasses. I started searching for a place in LA that could replace kid glasses same day, and found IQ. I called to confirm that same day glasses were possible. When I got to the shop, I had her Rx, but the PD measurement was missing. They worked with me to get the measurement from the doctor who originally did the eye exam (who was being kind of difficult about releasing it). Instead of waiting around for the PD measurement, I picked the glasses and lenses, paid for them and left - hoping the PD info would come in time for same day pick up. They kept me updated via text. They let me know once they had the necessary information. They originally said the glasses would be ready by 4:30pm., but I received an updated time of 1:30! I received a final update around 1:10pm - glasses were ready! My niece was hospitalized and unable to come for the fitting, but I delivered the glasses that afternoon and she loved them!

I had the most amazing experience at IQ Optical from beginning to end. Margie was my technician who was so gracious and kind through the entire eye exam. She took her time and was very professional. Linda was so great, she let me in anyway and was happy to help me despite the time, she was accommodating, friendly, warm, and extremely professional. Her knowledge and skill enabled her to help me quickly and efficiently but without making the experience feel rushed at all. She answered all my questions and was really helpful. She took my prescription and my frames I brought in and two days later I got the call saying they were ready to pick up. I had the pleasure of seeing Linda again when I went in to pick them up and I love my glasses! She did such a great job with them and took the time to explain to me how to best care for them. She made the whole experience so positive overall and I will definitely be returning to IQ optical largely because of Linda!

Almost better and certainly faster than other offices I have been too. I was able to get a full exam, prescription, pick and order my glasses in 90min! The best part was they text me the next day to tell me my glasses were ready to be picked up, less than 24hrs later! They were Super sweet, helpful, and friendly in the office that made me feel comfortable with the whole procedure. Very happy! The IQ office welcomed me kindly and professionally. Linda took me in for the eye exam and informed me every step of the way. There are many glasses for the style of your choice and I am extremely happy with mine. Very quick and easy! I got two pairs of glasses on the same day I took the exam. Thank you ladies at IQ Optical! I needed glasses ASAP for my trip and I got them :)

Love love love this place! Walked in with no appointment for an eye exam, which was state of the art and fast. Linda and Margie are amazing who really know what they’re doing when it comes to frame and lenses selection. I’m absolutely in love with my new Prada glasses! To top it off I got my glasses in a mere two days!! 10/10 would recommend to everyone!!

I received excellent service when going in for an eye exam and ordering glasses. Linda administered several tests before my virtual conference with an ophthalmologist. I had been experiencing some eye discomfort and they diagnosed the problem immediately and referred me to a specialist in the area. Problem solved and my new glasses are great. An extensive frame selection and Linda had me sample several styles before making a final choice. She followed up by text and email to ensure my satisfaction. Thank you for the amazing service.

I made an appointment online with this office which was convenient and easy. They immediately confirmed my appointment. The day of my appointment there was no waiting. The gals in there are very friendly and professional. I was taken to the back for an eye exam which involved sliding down and switching to three machines. Very high tech and easy. For the final eye exam, I was taken back to read eye charts with the Doctor present coming in via Zoom. She told me my exam results and showed me slides of the inside of my eye. I has never been examined in such a high tech and efficient way.Afterwards, I was assisted in picking out frames. Once my frames were ready, Margie texted me I could come pick them up. I was amazed that they were done in three days!!! I was so impressed with their time frame that I ordered a second pair. Thank you IQ Optical!!

Inexpensive and easy process from start to finish. I got two pairs of glasses done: one clear with thin lenses and one pair of sunglasses with standard lenses. I was do for an eye exam and also needed a new frame. I was driving on Ventura and saw new eye store opening up.I made an appointment online for same day that afternoon.This place has the most sophisticated and top notch technology equipment that I have ever seen. I went through multiple tests and photos taking and than I, was video conferenced with the doctor to discuss findings and hear out her suggestions. By the time we were done, my prescription was ready and I was on my way to browse their selection of glasses. Overall, took less than 45 minutes.The office is immaculate and spacious with wide variety of brand eye glasses, great prices, too. I found myself new pair with help of knowledgeable staff and next day got a call that my prescroption glasses were ready. Wow, what a turn around!
